Cooper's first trip to Nuevo Progreso, Tamaulipas, Mexico, for Winter Texan Happy Hour at the Canada store with our favorite Manitobans, Al and Bea. Al and Bea turned us onto this event, which begins sometime in January, and contiues every Tuesday and Thursday for the next couple months. For a reasonable cost (about $5 + tips) you get a seat and drinks, live music, a dance floor, raffled door prizes and folk dancers.
     Cooper danced. Cooper got sung to. Cooper got danced for. Cooper posed with his favorite folk dancers. Cooper thoroughly enjoyed himself.
