Cooper got handed a balloon while shopping with me for hot peppers at an HEB in Mission, Texas. He played with it for hours at Doggies Hot Dogs in McAllen, Texas. So fascinated he was with the balloon that he fell asleep still clutching it later at Seldom Rest RV Ranch in Mission, Texas.
