Sitting up all by himself in the water of the Gulf of Mexico at Fort Island Gulf Beach. He is fascinated by the sea grass and picks out individual strands of it with his little pincher grasping fingers. The waters were nice and gentle. Near Crystal River, Florida, Fort Island Gulf Beach is listed as one of the areas where you can allegedly swim with the manatees during manatee season.
