Since we were so close already, we figured we might as well just head on down to the beach. We made our way to Atlantic Beach, Florida. At this particular portion of beach at this particular time, there was some live music. We aren't too sure how formal it was. It just seemed to be some people sitting around on blankets, playing music and singing. There was a storm to the south of us and we enjoyed the lightning show. Cooper enjoyed the varying textures of sand from wet to damp to moist and just about dry.
     After the beach, we made our way to downtown Atlantic Beach where Cooper learned to climb stairs. We found some more free live music and sat in a courtyard to listen to it with others. Cooper danced and applauded.
