1993 30ft. Jayco @ Emerald Coast RV

Too much to put in an e-mail, so I'm putting them here...and I'll send you a link

Here is info:

Good under bed storage.
Skinny closet on either side of bed.
Medium closet on either side of door on opposite wall of bed.

Inverter under fridge. Meaning, when we are plugged in to electrical outlet, our marine battery gets a trickle charge. Or, when we are driving down the road with the trailer plugged in to our bumper, the same happens. This is a MAJOR convenience.
Circuit breaker under fridge.
4-Burner STove with good-sized oven.
Under-cabinet Microwave Oven.
Stove exhaust fan.
Suburban Furnace with ducted heat.
Hot water heater.
Good size shower.
Toilet comfortably positioned.
Plenty of room for toiletries.
DC Electric slide-out for the open room when staying somewhere.
Good cold ducted Duo-Therm AC. Ducted means that it doesn't just blow from one central unit but is like the central air we had on Dakin. Each duct can be opened or closed or anywhere in between.
Stains on carpeting (but we don't care about that if it keeps price down).
Nice clean Norcold AC/Gas Refrigerator with automatic switch-over. So when you are on electric, and the power goes out, it automatically switches to gas so you don't have spoilage. Also has a high humidity, storage and normal operation mode. The dealer plugged it in 1½ hours before we got there and frost came out when he opened frezer door.
CD Player/Stereo system.
Plenty of counter space in kitchen.
Sure-flo water pump. Good dependable water pump for getting pressure when not hooked up to electricity. You can do dishes and flush the toilet using only this pump and DC voltage.

Good looking sofa with queen-size hide-a-bed.

Exterior shiny. No algae or tree sap.
Exterior levels so that we can level the unit (keep the fridge working.)
Electronic leveling jacks for automated (not hand-cranked) stability.
May fit our 40# propane tanks, but includes 2 brand new 30# tanks.
Pretty good storage out up front.
Through and through pretty good sized side access basement (carpeted for insulation in winter.
Includes three vent covers for for roof in the basement. James saw the roof and said there are bolts up there for easy later installation. This means we will be able to roof vent the rig while it is raining.
3 carpeted stairs. This means no more slipping on wet slippery metal stairs.
Collapsable hand rail at the door. Folds away when driving. Useful for getting up the three stairs.
Pretty darn good looking tires.
Rear spare tire and cover. This means we can stow our bikes on the outside of our rig.
